I solve delivery problems in complex enterprise environments. That's the short version.
The longer version: I help organisations deliver software predictably by building governance frameworks, establishing Agile maturity, and removing the friction that slows engineering teams down. Over 10 years, I've done this across Banking (ICICI), Telecom (TCS), and Gaming (Entain Group) — managing distributed teams across India, the UK, and Malaysia.
My work has included setting up Scrum from scratch in Waterfall-heavy environments, running large-scale Jira Cloud migrations, orchestrating cross-programme dependencies, and building delivery health dashboards that leadership teams actually use. I focus on outcomes over ceremonies — the right governance at the right time, not process for the sake of process.
I built ForgeAgile because the same delivery problems repeat across organisations. The playbooks, templates, and guides here are things I've actually used — tested in real delivery environments, not theory from a textbook.
