What I do
I solve delivery problems. That's the short version.
The longer version: I help teams deliver software predictably in complex enterprise environments. I've done this across Banking, Telecom, and Gaming — managing distributed teams across India, the UK, and Malaysia. The work has included setting up Scrum from scratch, migrating entire telecom application suites between platforms, running Jira Cloud migrations, and building delivery governance for teams that had none.
ForgeAgile exists because I got tired of seeing the same delivery problems repeated across organisations. The playbooks, templates, and guides here are things I've actually used — not theory I've read about. If it's on this site, it's been tested in a real delivery environment.
